Join us for an important session on the impact of appearance-driven values on our youth. Research indicates that placing too much emphasis on looks can hinder students' focus and concentration in school. The constant exposure to unrealistic online images often leads them to prioritize appearance-related rewards over academic achievements, negatively affecting their body image and self-esteem. Together, we can explore meaningful ways to support our youth in reaching their true potential.

We invite you to a free one-hour virtual session with university student, Jay Knopf. They will guide you to initiate conversations with your students about body confidence, appearance ideals, media literacy, and critical thinking. Additionally, they will walk you through the Confident Me Workshop, a powerful one-hour program co-created by Plan International and Dove. All materials are provided ready to share with students!
